Common questions

What does a mentor subscription include?

Private one-to-one mentorship with that specific mentor: direct messages, voice notes, and voice or video calls. Each mentor sets their own monthly price; the yearly plan gives you a month free.

How do I cancel?

Profile → Subscriptions → choose the mentor → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel before deleting your account — deleting does not cancel billing.

How do I delete my account and everything in it?

Settings → Safety & privacy → Delete my account. It erases your data on our servers and on your device, and cannot be undone.

My journal disappeared after reinstalling.

Journals, moods, and saved verses are stored only on your device for privacy. Deleting the app deletes them, and they cannot be recovered.

How do I become a mentor?

Connect → "Are you a pastor or youth teacher?", or apply from any browser at triad.app/apply. You'll verify your email; credentials and references are optional but help us verify you faster. Every application is read by a person.

When do mentors get paid?

Payouts run through Stripe on Stripe's standard schedule, typically every two days once onboarding is complete. Mentors receive 70% of every payment.
